What makes a good first build?+
A repeatable business problem, a clear owner, accessible inputs, and an outcome you can test. We help turn the problem into an achievable first milestone.
How long does a build take?+
Timing depends on scope, system access, dependencies, and your approvals. Each milestone gets its own estimate before work starts. We don’t promise a universal turnaround.
Can you take on a larger project?+
Yes, when it’s a fit. We break larger projects into separately approved milestones, then work through them one at a time.
How do revisions work?+
Revisions against the agreed milestone are included. New requirements become a new scope in your queue. You approve the exact review version before it’s accepted.
How do you handle data and access?+
We agree the access and data boundaries before the build. Workspace files are private, access is limited to authorized people, and credentials move through an agreed secure transfer process.
Who owns the work?+
Ownership and third-party dependencies are explicit in your engagement. Handover includes the agreed deliverables, documentation, system owner, and operating responsibilities.
Can I cancel?+
The membership renews monthly. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, with access through the paid period. Accepted deliverables remain available for reading and download.
What about ongoing maintenance?+
Operating costs, software licenses, API usage, hosting, and ongoing care are paid by you or separately agreed. They are scoped explicitly rather than assumed to be included forever.
